Each lamp is unique and handmade with sustainable materials, therefore, we are aware that they may have small imperfections.

To protect your purchase, we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, wiring problems, or finish flaws not caused by misuse.

Should any of these problems be detected, we will arrange for a free exchange with an equivalent lamp. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, extreme humidity, direct sunlight, or product modifications .

At our store, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality, handcrafted products. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:

• Return period:
  Returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of receiving the product. After this period, returns cannot be processed.

• Product conditions:
  We only accept returns if the product is in perfect condition , with no signs of use, damage, or tampering that compromise its integrity. We do not accept returns of damaged, altered, or defective products.

• Return process:

  • Contact our customer service team indicating your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing or shipping errors.

• Refund:
  Once the product has been received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Todos nuestros productos se elaboran bajo pedido, por lo que los plazos de producción y envío pueden variar y se indicarán en cada producto o tras la compra. Los pedidos se envían a la dirección facilitada durante el proceso de compra.
